This is a website form. Please do not include confidential client information, health information, or other sensitive personal details.

If you are interested in private work, review the private-work information available on this website before submitting a Private-work Request. Give a brief but specific summary of why you are contacting me. Requests that are too vague for me to understand will not be considered.

Submitting a request does not make you a client or guarantee that I will offer a consultation or private work. If I offer you a consultation, I will send you an invitation to create your Practice Better Client Portal account. Private-work forms, scheduling, and communication will take place there.

If you are contacting me about a possible referral, keep your initial message general and do not identify the person.

You may also use this form if I have told you that a Client Portal invitation was sent and you did not receive it. For other technical problems with Practice Better, please contact Practice Better Support directly.

I do my best to respond to all reasonable requests. However, this is a neurodivergent-led space, so traditional expectations around response times may not always be met.
