I’m guessing for some that was a rather unexpected (and possibly uncomfortable) greeting. However, for others, it was the breath of fresh air they needed.

My name is Steven J. Wasylik, CCHt. I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and I work in the Mental Health and Wellness world. I’m also a late diagnosed AuDHD Adult. That’s a combined diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
See how that works? Two defining characteristics, that make me who I am, are called “disorders” by the very industry I work in.
However, it’s all a matter of perspective, and I have a lot of it to share.
I spent a lifetime wondering why I wasn’t like everyone else. Why I felt like I didn’t ever really fit in. Why social interaction was always so easy for everyone else. Now I’m building a space for people to find the new approach they’ve been looking for.
